Gentle brushing can stimulate microcirculation and encourage lymphatic flow, which may help reduce the appearance of puffiness while promoting a brighter, more refreshed complexion.

Use light pressure and follow the natural direction of lymphatic drainage — generally upward and outward across the face, finishing down the sides of the neck toward the lymph nodes near the collarbone.

1️⃣ Neck – 30 seconds

Start at the base of the neck and gently brush upward toward the jawline using smooth strokes. This area contains key lymphatic pathways that help drain fluid from the face. Stimulating this region first can help prepare the drainage pathways for the rest of the routine.

2️⃣ Jawline – 30 seconds

Beginning at the centre of the chin, sweep the brush outward along the jawline toward the ears. This motion helps encourage fluid movement toward lymph nodes located near the ears and sides of the neck. It can also help relax tension often held in the jaw area.

3️⃣ Cheeks – 45 seconds

Brush from the sides of the nose outward toward the temples. The cheeks contain many small blood vessels, and gentle stimulation here may support increased circulation, which can contribute to a healthy, natural glow.

4️⃣ Under Eyes – 30 seconds

Using very light pressure, brush from the inner under-eye area toward the temples. The skin here is delicate and prone to fluid retention. Gentle movements can help encourage fluid movement and reduce the appearance of morning puffiness.

5️⃣ Forehead – 45 seconds

Brush upward from the brows toward the hairline. This motion helps stimulate circulation across the forehead while following the natural direction of lymphatic flow toward the temples.

Finish – 30 seconds

Gently brush down the sides of the neck toward the collarbone. This helps guide excess fluid toward the lymph nodes where it can be naturally processed by the body.
